Tompkins County CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

[ithaca Forward] is a group of local young professionals (YP) interested in making community connections for members, encouraging younger residents of Tompkins County to establish local roots, and serving as a voice for this important demographic. Their mission is to build community connections for young professionals through innovative opportunities and networking events with a key focus on professional development, personal enrichment and civic leadership.

Do I have to be under 40 to join?

Absolutely not. Although our programming and events are geared toward the young professional, we like to think anyone is capable of the under 40 mindset – and welcome all who are interested to participate in our events and programs.

The SHAKER is designed for an individual who works for a business that is not a member of the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce. This membership would not only give you [iF] MOVER status, but would allow you access to limited Chamber events like the Business After Hours and Networking at Noon.
