Member of the Business Council of New York State

[ithaca Forward] is a committee of the Chamber of Commerce consisting of local young professionals (YP) interested in making community connections for members, encouraging younger residents of Tompkins County to establish local roots, and serving as a voice for this important demographic. Their mission is to build community connections for young professionals through innovative opportunities and networking events with a key focus on professional development, personal enrichment and civic leadership.

Do I have to be under 40 to join?

Absolutely not. Although our programming and events are geared toward the young professional, we like to think anyone is capable of the under 40 mindset – and welcome all who are interested to participate in our events and programs.
